THE ANALOG LETTER
Accessibility Statement
Last updated July 24, 2026
K SABIO LLC is committed to making The Analog Letter accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of caring about the person on the other end of the envelope, and we treat it as ongoing work rather than a one-time task.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines are the standard commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508, and they help make web content usable for people who navigate with screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Conformance status
The Analog Letter website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means most of the site meets the standard, and we continue to work on any areas that do not yet fully meet it. If you find a barrier we have missed, we want to hear about it.
What we have done
- Text and background colors are checked to meet minimum contrast ratios for readability.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text for screen readers.
- The page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and a visible focus indicator shows where you are.
- A "Skip to content" link lets keyboard and screen-reader users bypass the header.
- The page uses proper headings and landmark regions (header, main, footer) so assistive technology can navigate its structure.
- Animations are reduced automatically for visitors whose devices request reduced motion, and content remains available if scripts do not load.
- The layout is responsive and supports browser zoom and text resizing.
Known limitations
Checkout and subscription management are handled on our behalf by Posthouse, a third-party platform, and international shipping quotes are calculated there. We do not control the accessibility of the Posthouse platform. If you encounter difficulty completing a subscription there, contact us and we will help you complete it another way.
Tell us about a barrier — and get help
If any part of this website is difficult to use, or you need information or the subscription in a different format, please reach out. A real person reads every message.

Formal complaints
